Kathy Fleming, MA, PCC is currently a Senior Leader with Accomplishment Coaching, co-leading year-long, in person, professional coach and leadership training programs in Seattle and San Diego. Diane Malnekoff, Ph.D. is a senior-level executive coach with deep knowledge in management psychology. She is founder and principal of DM Consulting, and was an executive in international aviation prior to becoming a corporate psychologist. As an executive she built an organization and operations in the US and the Far East. Her dual expertise in leadership and doctoral-level psychology combined with knowledge and experience with organizational systems and dynamics uniquely qualifies her to help leaders to discover critical personal insights, transform their careers and take their effectiveness to the next level.
Diane offers quality consultation in leadership assessment and executive coaching through providing intensive feedback and action planning. The assessment process drives selection decisions and individual coaching plans as well as succession planning, development and promotions. The sophisticated system may utilize only well established scientifically developed tests, many of which are only available to psychologists and professionals with a strong assessment background. Rebecca is a seasoned executive coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience in coaching leaders at all levels in a wide range of industries and sectors. Rebecca’s early coaching career included working with the leadership teams of a Fortune 100 company for 10 years, where she was ranked as one of the company’s best. For the past 18 years she has been an external consultant with a partial client list that includes Hewlett-Packard, Mentor Graphics, Microsoft and Nike. She is a skillful, flexible and results-oriented coach and facilitator specializing in succession planning and leadership development, creative collaboration and internal cultural branding.
Equally at ease in 1:1 coaching situations and highly conflicted multi-stakeholder decision-making summits, Rebecca is a certified conflict resolution facilitator, mediator and an experienced practitioner of the MBTI (Myers-Briggs), the Hogan Leadership Assessment, the DiSC Insights Inventory— and many other tools in strategic planning, effective communication and emotional intelligence. She’s an experienced facilitator of action learning—including “ropes course” adventure education. She recently helped accelerate the implementation of several whole-system change initiatives in quality/Six Sigma, customer service and information technology.
